DAY 1 — Labuan Bajo → Denge → Wae Rebo Village

• 07:00 – 08:00 | Pick Up & Drive to Denge Village
  Meet our driver at your hotel in Labuan Bajo and begin the scenic 4–5 hour journey to Denge Village, the starting point of the trek. Enjoy beautiful views of rice fields, mountains, and traditional villages along the way. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant during the journey.
• 12:30 – 13:00 | Registration at Denge Village
  Arrive at Denge Village, meet your local guide, complete the registration process, and receive a short briefing before starting the trek.
• 13:00 – 16:00 | Trekking to Wae Rebo Village
  Begin a approximately 3-hour trek covering around 4 km through jungle trails, rivers, and hills. The trek is considered moderate and porters are available to carry group luggage. Along the way, enjoy the natural scenery, waterfalls, coffee plantations, and peaceful surroundings.
• 16:00 – 18:00 | Arrival & Welcome Ceremony
  Arrive at Wae Rebo Village and experience the traditional Manuk Kapu welcome ceremony led by the village chief. After the ceremony, check in to the traditional Mbaru Niang house and settle into your shared accommodation with a mattress and blanket.
• 18:30 | Dinner & Cultural Interaction
  Enjoy a traditional Wae Rebo dinner prepared by local women. In the evening, spend time with the local community through traditional dances, songs, and storytelling.

DAY 2 — Wae Rebo → Denge → Labuan Bajo

  Wake up early and enjoy the peaceful morning atmosphere as Wae Rebo is surrounded by clouds. Take some time to explore the village and capture memorable photos while learning more about the local way of life and traditional weaving.
• 08:00 | Breakfast with Local Coffee
  Enjoy breakfast accompanied by locally produced Wae Rebo coffee, known for its distinctive aroma and flavor.
• 09:00 – 12:00 | Trek Down to Denge Village
  Begin the approximately 2.5-hour trek back down to Denge Village. After reaching the village, meet your driver and continue the journey back to Labuan Bajo.
• 13:00 | Lunch in Ruteng
  Stop for lunch at a local restaurant in Ruteng before continuing the journey to Labuan Bajo.
• 18:00 – 19:00 | Arrival in Labuan Bajo
  Arrive in Labuan Bajo and transfer to your hotel. The tour ends with unforgettable memories of Wae Rebo.
